Welcome to my Project Management blog! My name is Bob McIlree, and I work as an IT enterprise & data architect and project manager. I'm based in Portland, Oregon. I also teach project and project portfolio management courses at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (www.uwm.edu).

If you are (or have been) a student of mine, some of this material is going to be familiar to you. If you and I have never met or worked together, I hope tht I can provide you with some valuable insights on the discipline of project management, particularly as it applies to IT. For you non-ITers out there, fear not - I will be providing you with insight and information that applies to your situations also.
